Costs and coverage

Basic health insurance

Treatment is covered by basic health insurance (60 minutes = CHF 154.80).

The deductible (franchise) and a 10% co-payment are borne by the patient. Please note that, in addition to the duration of the session, time for preparation and follow-up is invoiced. Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are generally exempt from the deductible.

A referral or prescription from a general practitioner, paediatrician or psychiatrist is required; it may be extended after 15 sessions.

Disability insurance (IV)

Treatment can also be billed through the disability insurance.

The disability insurance pays for psychotherapy up to the age of 20 where the treatment contributes directly to vocational integration or the treatment of a congenital disorder.

Assessments for vocational integration measures or in connection with a congenital disorder are likewise offered, in cooperation with a general practitioner or psychiatrist.

Paying privately

Therapy and counselling may also be undertaken independently and paid for privately, at the same rate as basic health insurance. Please contact me so that we can discuss this.

Additional services

Prices for special services, supervision or other activities beyond the standard therapeutic provision are set individually.

Cancellation and missed appointments

Please note that scheduled appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the session must be invoiced at CHF 100.
