Dr. phil. Barbara Gabriel
I am a federally recognised specialist psychotherapist with extensive clinical experience and a principal focus on children, adolescents and families. Alongside this, I have increasingly specialised in work with adults and couples, particularly in relation to parental stress and strain.
I have practised as a psychotherapist and held leadership positions in a range of outpatient institutions and specialist centres in Switzerland. For many years I have also been teaching and conducting research at universities in Switzerland and abroad.
Between my professional commitments I have repeatedly taken time to travel the world, to become acquainted with other cultures and to write specialist publications and books.
